GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products concluded on the Manaïki website.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS

The products are those presented on the website, within the limits of available stock.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Manaïki reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER

Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.
Data recorded by Shopify shall serve as proof in the event of a dispute.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon order.
Payments are secured via the providers present on the website.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY

DELIVERY ZONES

Deliveries are made internationally.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours from France.
Delivery times then vary depending on the destination and the carrier.

CARRIERS

Deliveries are made by Chronopost or DHL.

TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY

Risks related to transport are transferred to the Customer upon handover of the package to the carrier.
Once the package is declared delivered to the address indicated, it is considered under the responsibility of the Customer.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.

LEGAL EXCEPTIONS (ARTICLE L221-28)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• products opened for hygiene reasons
• products unsealed after delivery
• personalized products

RETURN

Products must be returned:
• unused
• in perfect condition
• in their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

REFUND

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return.

ARTICLE 8 – LEGAL GUARANTEES

Products benefit from:
• the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery)
• the guarantee against hidden defects (2 years from discovery of the defect)

ARTICLE 9 – PRODUCT LIABILITY

Manaïki cannot be held responsible for:
• improper use of products
• non-compliance with instructions
• an individual or allergic reaction
• non-conforming use

ARTICLE 10 – FORCE MAJEURE

Manaïki cannot be held responsible in the event of events beyond its control preventing the execution of the contract (strike, transport, disaster, pandemic, etc.).

ARTICLE 11 – MEDIATION

In case of dispute, the Customer can use a consumer mediator free of charge:

ARTICLE 12 – PERSONAL DATA

Data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

ARTICLE 13 – APPLICABLE LAW

These GTC are subject to French law.
