Shipping and Returns Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

This delivery policy applies to all orders placed on Manaïki Bikini.

ORDER PREPARATION

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after payment validation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed starting the next business day.

During periods of high activity (promotions, launches, holidays), preparation times may exceptionally be extended.

DELIVERY METHOD

Orders are shipped via the Colissimo service to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

A tracking number is sent by email upon dispatch of the package.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days

  • Europe: 4 to 8 working days

  • International: 5 to 12 working days

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, periods of high activity, or customs formalities.

Manaïki Bikini cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or any event beyond its control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when placing the order according to:

  • the country of destination;
  • the weight of the package;
  • the selected delivery method.

Any free delivery offers are specified directly on the website.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AFTER DELIVERY

Manaïki Bikini's responsibility ends as soon as the package is declared delivered by the carrier to the address indicated during the order.

From the reception of the package by the customer or any authorized person to receive it, the risks of loss, theft, or damage are transferred to the customer, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

In case of a package indicated as delivered by Colissimo but not received, it is up to the customer to contact the carrier, their neighborhood, or their pick-up point.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order.

In case of an incorrect address, an incomplete address, or a package returned to the sender, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In case of loss or damage to the package before its actual delivery, a claim may be opened with the carrier.

The customer must provide all useful information enabling the processing of the claim.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be required by the authorities of the destination country.

These costs remain entirely at the customer's expense.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has 14 days after receipt to return a product.

 

RETURN POLICY
CONDITIONS

The product must be:
• unused
• intact
• in its original packaging

EXCEPTIONS

No returns possible for:
• products opened for hygiene reasons
• personalized products

REFUND

Within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return.

FEES

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
